Regulations

• Art. 1
  MyGardaCard is a personal, services and discount card. MyGardaCard users shall accept the conditions of these regulations. MyGardaCard must be used personally by the purchasing Owner, who must safeguard it with care. The card shall not be replaced in the event of loss or theft. To be valid, MyGardaCard must be signed and state the expiry date which is 10 days after issue. MyGardaCard may not be used at the same time as other discount cards and may not be transferred to third parties, used incorrectly or once it has expired, otherwise it may be withdrawn. The Card shall be delivered to its Owner by post or courier, incurring additional shipping costs, or it may be collected from a business participating in the "MyGardaCard" circuit. Reproduction of any kind is forbidden
  
  
• Art. 2
  MyGardaCard users have the right to obtain the discounts listed on the affiliates page of the www.mygardacard.com website from businesses participating in the discounted prices circuit. MyGardaCard can only be used by people who are not resident in one of the towns of Lake Garda. Businesses providing discounted prices and the discounts given form an integral part of these regulations. Users may be informed by newsletter, email, sms or other electronic means. To obtain a discount the Owner must show his or her MyGardacard together with ID upon the request of the business providing the discount. Failure to comply shall result in loss of the right to a discount. Discounts and reductions may vary for each commercial business. MyGardaCard is also valid on public holidays and the day prior to public holidays if businesses providing discounted rates have chosen to participate on those days.
  
  
• Art. 3
  The discount or reduction shall exclusively apply to MyGardaCard cardholders who present the card at the same time they request the bill, and without fail before the tax receipt or till receipt has been issued. The discount shall be applied on the price list or in any case on the price stated. If the MyGardaCard cardholder enters into a private negotiation with the Business providing a discount in order to obtain a personal discount on the purchases he or she has made or is going to make and/or on services received or to be received, it shall not be valid in combination with the MyGardaCard discount. Any offers and/or promotions (last minute, fixed menus, meal tickets, canteen tickets) or discounts also applied in sale periods shall not be valid in combination with the MyGardaCard discount. Discounts made in the restaurant industry shall be calculated on the MyGardaCard Owner’s total bill. In situations where the same bill relates to several MyGardaCard cardholders, the discount shall be applied to just one Owner and not in combination.
  
  
• Art. 4
  Each business participating in the discounted prices circuit shall choose the particular conditions and days on which the MyGardaCard shall grant a right to reductions. The User acknowledges that the Issuer is extraneous to relations between the User and the circuit of businesses providing discounts; MyGardaCard is not responsible for the quality of the products and/or services of the businesses providing discounts or by their failure to supply said products or services.
  The User shall inform the Issuer of any problems detected in relations with the businesses providing discounts, so as to allow them to take every appropriate action.
  
  
• Art. 5
  Amendments to these regulations may be made at the Issuer’s discretion; said amendments shall come into effect 7 days after being published on the www.mygardacard.com website, or by electronic communication to all the registered members (email, newsletter, sms).
  
  
• Art. 6
  The Court of Verona shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute concerning the performance, resolution or interpretation of these regulations.
